Refund policy

If Client has accepted the goods tendered under this Agreement in any manner provided in the Missouri Uniform Commercial Code, Client shall have no right to subsequently reject the goods for any reason and to revoke acceptance of nonconforming goods, unless the acceptance of nonconforming goods was given on the basis of an assurance by Company or on seasonable cure of nonconformity.
