MEET LILY
Hi!! I am Lily - the co-owner / founder of Lily FloralDesigns. This whole thing started in my kitchen as aside hustle and ballooned sooo rapidly. (terrifying &amazing all at once) After 4 years on my own, Betsyjoined forces with me and we made this thing officialas business partners.At Lily Floral Designs, I manage communication with ourclients about overall visions, timelines and all of thebig and small details. I also design alongside Betsy onall events and daily arrangements. When I'm not in thestudio, you can find me thrifting, watching Bob'sBurgers or Real Housewives or hanging out with my mainman - my 2 year old, Julian. I love what I do becausedesigning with florals allows for that creativity toflow, I love adding beauty into the world through ourart and being a small part of life's celebrations. Ivalue being able to show my son that being a full timeentrepreneur and full time parent do not stand againsteach other but can coincide successfully.

MEET BETSY
Hi! I’m Betsy, co-owner and one half of of LilyFloral Designs. I’ve been flowering weddings andevents for 15 years now! I’ve been fortunate enoughto work in cities across the country gainingexperience and knowledge of the floral industry!In 2019, after living in Charleston SC for 3 yearsand becoming a mom to sweet Josephine, I decided itwas time to move back home to KC and join forces withmy longtime friend and now business partner Lily.Because 4 hands are better than 2 and 2 brains areALWAYS better than 1! When I’m not in the studioflowering you’ll find me sipping iced mochas yearround, listening to WAYYYY too many true crimepodcasts, exploring all the best local restaurants,practicing my home chef skills and trying to be thebest mom to my sweet girl.Starting and co-owning a business has been a labor oflove and equal parts challenging and rewarding.However, there’s something really amazing aboutgetting to wake up everyday and do what I love… andactually be able to support myself and my littlefamily Knowing that I’m setting an example for mykiddo, that she can do or be anything she what’s inlife is really just the most rewarding feeling ever.
EDDIE
Eddie manages special events with precision and style. From coordinating logistics to running deliveries and setting up production days, Eddie’s organizational skills are unmatched.
Outside of work, Eddie’s creative spirit continues to shine. A lover of theater, they immerse themselves in the world of drama and storytelling. Eddie is also an exceptional bread baker. When they’re not baking or enjoying a play, Eddie is likely lost in a good book or diving into history as an amateur historian. Their curiosity and passion for learning inspire everyone around them!
TINA
As our shop manager, Tina seamlessly takes orders, manages accounts for special events, and designs beautiful personal flowers for weddings. Whether she’s organizing hard goods or lending a listening ear, Tina helps keep us all sane. Her dedication and attention to detail ensure everything runs smoothly, making her an essential part of our team.
Outside of work, Tina’s adventurous spirit shines through. She’s a food lover always on the hunt for the next delicious bite, and she channels her creativity through sewing. When she’s not crafting or sampling new dishes, Tina loves catching live concerts and exploring new places. Her vibrant personality and passion for life inspire all of us!
LYD
Lyd wears many hats at Lily Floral Designs, from crafting stunning floral arrangements to running deliveries with a smile. Not only do they keep our hard goods impeccably organized, but they also keep the team’s spirits high with their sense of humor. Multi-faceted and always ready to lend a helping hand, Lyd is an indispensable part of our crew!
Outside of Lily Floral Designs, Lyd loves making art and working with antique chandelier pieces. Lyd is also a doula and when they’re not busy creating or caring for others, you can find them hanging out with their favorite companion, Yassy the cat.
